  • Oil – 1/4 spoon
  • Garlic – 4-5 buttons
  • Tomato – 4 cooked and chopped.
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Chilli powder – 1 spoon
  • salty taste

  • Turmeric powder – 1 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder – 1 spoon
  • Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Peas – 1/2 cup cooked

How to Make Brinjal & Tomato Curry Recipe in Hindi English Marathi Gujarati Bengali Tamil Telugu All Indian languages

  • First cut the Brinjal into small pieces and leave in the water for a while.
  • Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the chopped onions and garlic and sauté.
  • Then mix with the chopped tomatoes, chilli, salt, cinnamon, turmeric, cumin, garam masala and coriander leaves.
  • Cover the pan for 8-10 minutes.
  • Then remove the pan and pour the cooked peas. Run with a fine pan and then close the flame.
