Ingredients for Bharwa Lauki Recipe in Hindi English Marathi Gujarati Bengali Tamil Telugu All Indian languages

* 1 large bottle
* 1/2 cup cottage cheese, grated
* 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
* 1 teaspoon green ginger pepper paste
* 2 teaspoons finely chopped coriander
* 1/2 teaspoon of amatur
* 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
* 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
* Taste of salt

For the sauce

* 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
* 2 tbsp. Oil tea
* 1 small piece of cinnamon
* 3 cloves
* 1/2 teaspoon green ginger pepper paste
* 1 spoon of cilantro-cumin powder
* 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder
* 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
* 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
* Salt taste accordingly

* Mix the squash well, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and keep the stuffed mixture.

* Cut the long gourd and cut it into 2 parts and remove the anus between the two parts. Now cut in two long pieces.

* Mix the pumpkin pieces, salt and water in a nonstick skillet and mix well. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat until the gourd pieces are tender for 5 minutes.

* Now, filter them and leave them aside for cooling.

* Fill the stuffed mixture of paneer equal to 10 gourdes and keep them aside.

For the sauce

* Add the tomatoes to 1 cup of water in a deep nonstick pan and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, then cool slightly and crush in a blender and make a paste.

* Now heat the oil in a non-stick wok, add cinnamon clove and let it take a few seconds.

* Now add the tomato pulp, green ginger pepper paste, coriander-cumin powder, red pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt, then mix well.

* Cook the spice sauce for 5 minutes over medium heat and keep to one side.

* Before serving, place the stuffed gourd pieces on a plate. Put the hot sauce on it and serve it with green coriander and bread or rice.
