* Baby corn – 10 (simmer two times in a length)
* Flour – 4-5 Tsp
* Corn flour – 2 Tsp
* Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tsp
* Red chilli powder – 1 Tsp
* Oil – 3 Tsp
* Salt – According to taste

* Ginger garlic paste – 2 Tsp
* Onion – 1 large (sliced-thin)
* Capsicum – 1 (small-cut)
* Green chilli – 3 (cut in length)
* Green onions – 1/2 cup (finely ground)
* Black pepper powder – 1 Tsp
* Chilli sauce – 1 Tsp
* Soya sauce – 2 Tsp
* Corn flour – 2 Tsp (mix in water),
* Oil – 3 Tsp
* Salt – According to taste

* First, filter out the flour and corn flour. And after mixing all the ingredients left with oil from the ingredients given with flour, make a thick batter with the help of water.

* Now heat oil in a non-stick pan. If the oil is hot, then pour the baby corn in the flour solution and pour it in the oil and keep it until golden. After frying all the corn, put them apart in a vessel.
